Peter has always been drawn to complex structures – from skyscrapers to decentralized networks. With a solid foundation in civil engineering and a relentless curiosity for innovation, he entered the crypto world in 2017, exploring Bitcoin, blockchain protocols, and tokenized economies. Over the years, he launched various digital ventures and gathered hands-on experience in online businesses, marketing, and fintech. But it wasn't until the idea of tokenized real estate took shape that everything clicked. Today, Peter leads the technical and strategic development of Propertydex with one clear mission: to combine the solidity of real estate with the freedom of blockchain, and make investment opportunities open to everyone – not just the few. 7+ years in blockchain & crypto. Multiple successful digital ventures. Civil Engineering background.

Michele literally grew up in the business – from site visits to deal negotiations. With years of hands-on experience and deep market insight, he understands the real estate world inside out. But Michele also saw its flaws: inefficiencies, gatekeeping, lack of access. When he discovered blockchain and its potential for democratizing ownership, it became clear: the future of real estate had to be built differently. With a passion for connecting people and creating value, Michele now focuses on Propertydex's real estate vision, community building, and strategic partnerships. He's the bridge between tradition and transformation.

Experienced in wholesale food & retail distribution with a concentration in supply chain management. Expertly manages day-to-day relationships with customers to ensure maximum exposure to the company product line. As a project lead, developed a strong understanding of project management in the construction industry.
